358/2 Days Ultimania Reveals KH3 Hints!

STORYultimaniaJust a quick note, the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Ultimania has officially released in Japan and thanks FF7AC Reunion, here are some of the details the book includes. Other content include a walk through, illustrations, and interview with Tetsuya Nomura on the mysteries continued in Birth by Sleep containing many spoilers.

Quotes from the interview:

“We initially proposed 3 separate titles.”

“Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep from within the company, 358/2 Days from Nintendo, and Coded from Disney.”

“I wrote the lines of 358/2 Days myself. Since it was troublesome when I worked at it, once it was finished I thought ‘I don’t want to do it anymore.’”

“Kanemaki-san thought up Xion’s name.”

“The meaning of 358/2 Days refers to the passing of 358 days of 2 people. I wanted people to imagine it’s meaning in various ways.”

“Does KH3 come from those surroundings? Right now I’m busy with Birth by Sleep and FF13: Versus, let’s think about the future plans of Kingdom Hearts slowly.”

“But the next Kingdom Hearts is not restricted to Kingdom Hearts 3. However it won’t be a side story, but an authentic addition.”

“Separate from that, I’m thinking on the things of Kingdom Hearts 3.”

    Sigh. They’re so secretive. Man. I don’t plan on purchasing BBS, but I’m looking forward to it’s release regardless. As for KH3, I’m willing to bet that it will come – Nomura’s just trying to be sneaky. ;)

    I know the games have a massive following, but really, there is no meaning to rthe idiculous title. They should pay a real writer and see what he comes up with.

    I hope KH3 is a PS3 Exclusive the game will be so so SICK…and put it on the Wii? Noruma dosen’t like doing big title’s half ass anyway… he didnt even want to get invole with FF13…but FF vs 13 will be amazing I already Know it is and it use’s the KH engine… so I think KH3 will Fall on the PS3.. He dosen’t like doing thing’s Mulit-plat because if you do that you can’t take full advantage of that system.. and like I said before Noruma is not a Half ass dude..that’s why the KH game’s are only design for that console so he can take full advantage of that power… so thats why I think KH3 will not be Multi-Plat but Exclusive to PS3

    He stated in an interview that he wanted to give sora a break and said that he might do a kh with riku as the main character because he was very important and involved with the dealings and such of the organisation.

    i think he meant that the next one migt not be kh3 but a kind o riku side story :)

    WOOT WOOT!!! I CANT WAIT TIL THE NEW GAMES COME OUT!!!! IM LIKE GOING CRAZY JUST WAITIN FOR KH 358/2DAYS[[& BBS]]!!! AND I AGREE WITH horsy_whisper I REALLY HOPE IT COMES OUT ON PS2 CUZ THEN I HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF TO BUY A PS3!!! LOL! XD

    wowowow well Luke its not gonna be a riku side story because he said its going to be an authentic addition, not a side story. but omfg can you imagine what could KH3 possibly be about? i wonder if BBS is gonna live up to the hype. i dont have a psp or a ps3, but of course as any true fan would do i will have no choice but to buy both of these.
